We agree to ship orders to the address provided when you placed your order and will aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days from date of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 days depending upon the location.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow a few days extra for us to process your order during peak times such as public holidays, promotional events and during seasonal delivery periods.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, power strikes or shortages.
If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of business, your delivery address must include the name of the company and the contact telephone number.
We deliver our products New Zealand-wide, with free delivery for all orders over $150. Orders under this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of just $10 (excludes furniture and oversized items).Tracking Your Order
M.M Linen uses a courier service for all standard post deliveries within New Zealand. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
If you have specific delivery instructions or would like your order left with an authority to leave without signature, please comment in Order Notes under Checkout page. Otherwise, unsigned orders will be returned to the courier depot with a calling card left to rebook delivery.
Returns & Exchange
If you’ve changed your mind, unwashed or unused items in their original packaging may be refunded, exchanged or credited within 14 days of purchase. This applies to full price purchases only and excludes clearance items. Excludes quilts, toppers, and pillows due to health reasons. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to, we will refund the full purchase amount and will cover the freight for the return.
Should you wish to return an item, please ensure that it is in the original packaging and send back with your order number.

Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending.
For an item purchased from our stockists please return it to the stockist you originally purchased from. Our stockists have their own terms and conditions relating to returns.
